Not having a physical storefront presented both challenges and opportunities for the brand. Luckily, we were able to focus all our marketing resources online but the challenge was building trust with our customers. Although nowadays, people are more open to purchasing items online, we wanted people to feel secure with the whole process.
In summary, our transparent approach, coupled with a strong social media presence, customer-centric values, and a commitment to continuous improvement, enabled us to build trust and credibility with our audience while fostering meaningful engagement and loyalty.
For this project, there was a pretty quick turnaround from concept to design so I had to ensure that all the files and assets were organized properly. We wanted to launch in time for Christmas so we prepared a social media campaign to promote the product. After that successful launch, we decided to do a lunar new year cookie box, which we also designed and launched a new campaign.
